The standard is high when after visiting the office. I expect this kind of service wherever I go. Dr. Reid and her staff were phenomenal. I was at ease and comfortable. Can't ask for more especially considering the circumstances. This office should lead a training course on doing healthcare right!

Dr. Lisa Reed and her assistant, they were so good. I give them a 20. She explained, both of them explained in terms that I understood. And she made me feel comfortable. I am going into the surgery, feeling comfortable with Dr. Lisa Reed. And I trust her. She's extremely professional, knowledgeable, very calm and reassuring. From the valet parking to every person I came in contact with it was wonderful. No issues at all, everyone was very professional and extremely nice. Puts you at ease when you have concerns about your health.

I came in being very nervous about my situation. This is going to be my 1st procedure i need. Dr Reid made me feel very relaxed about everything and assured me i was going to not only be ok but feel better. She is very knowledgeable and smart. I am very happy i have her as my dr.
