I am not generally a person who gives effusive praise. Dr. Reid and the PA who began the appointment were patient and went to great lengths to describe my condition, test results, options, etc. I left with renewed confidence that surgery was the best option for me. I have tremendous trust in Dr. Reid and I look forward to my visit to Cooper Camden for surgery in Q1 2026.

Dr. Reid and her staff were great from the time I walked in the office, you were greeted with a smile and their name I see why Dr. Zitney sent me to Dr. Reid, she put me at ease as soon as she walked in the room, she explained everything to me and told me everything she was going to do, and her assistant was also pleasant and helped me understand Dr Reid is an awesome doctor and person and I was so glad to meet her

Dr. Reid made me feel comfortable and decreased my anxiety. I felt that I could trust her and took her time in explaining my diagnosis and options moving forward, which Is very uncommon these days. I'm glad to have her as my doctor.

Dr. Reid was kind and empathetic. She explained things in great detail, answered all questions and allayed fears.

The office was clean and the staff were very friendly. I did not feel like a number. They were helpful and welcoming. It not not feel like a sterile environment, although I am positive it was super clean. It was more like a home atmosphere.

Dr. Reid was competent, articulate and human - resulting in a positive experience in our first meeting.

Dr Reid made me feel so comfortable and spoke to me with genuine concern and the utmost of care. She has one of the best bedside manners I've ever seen in a Dr. I'm going to undergo a procedure soon, and I feel completely confident and comfortable with her at the helm.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a Doctor The visit was truly the best Dr.Reid explain and showed me the MRI so I could understand everything about my health care she truly loves her job and her patients ! ! !! !

Dr. Reed was so pleasant with me meeting her for the first time. She was answering all my questions. She did not rush me, which I was really happy about. And if I went over the same questions, she would repeat her answers for me. She is a wonderful doctor. And like I said, what a pleasant personality.

She was lovely! Very personable, warm, as well as caring. The staff were also caring and helped me feel v comfortable. Every person whom I've encountered at MDAnderson has always extended wonderful customer service. I cannot say this for other departments tho.
