All was explained in a very clear manner, but best Lisa asked a few times if I had any questions and she looked for me to confirm what she communicated to me.

She fixed my nose from the nosebleed so it dosent bled again which I appreciated that I was tired of nosebleed she was very nice and polite but the meds she sprayed up mynose tasted like crap to numb itother than that the nurse practitioner was really good at her job

I would like to say that this doctor is very knowledgeable and respectful. Really care about her patients, very funny as well as attentive to the needs of her patients. Thank u for taking care of my mom really appreciate it not just a number but a person with a babe and face. Many blessings keep the good work up .

An excellent experience! I appreciate the time the Dr. spent with me, and her gentle approach to broaching the subject of hearing aids. I look forward to following up after my CT scan on [Date] 2.

I was dealing with pain in my left ear. After I explained other issues with my ear Lisa took time to explain a few potential issues that could be causing the pain. She also quickly explained that my ear problem did not appear to be connected to surgery I had on my neck earlier this year. I must add I am starting to feel better

Before the appointment, I was concerned about coming to Camden. The trip was easy, appointment was on time for me and Dr, problem was resolved and was in and out in 1 hour

I felt the medical assistant was pleasant and professional. Lisa the PA was wonderful. The person who checked me in at the front desk was less engaged , after the apptm he made my follow apptm and seemed more personable and engaged

Lisa and her staff were very friendly respectful and courteous. They were helpful also. I'd rather have her as my regular doctor. She was apologetic for the wait time. Something's that most the doctors at Cooper forget. She came in and asked me questions about my concerns then examined my ears throat and nose in addition to taking my vitals again. She explained the medication and how to clean my nasal. And suggested an audio test for my ears.

Everyone was very polite, and I trusted everybody that I spoke with, and I left there feeling very good. Thank you very much.

Everyone was very courteous and helpful. Was able to address multiple issues at once, set up appointment for follow-up testing and referral for another specialist. Every doctor and procedure I've had have performed, have been awesome... the reason I keep coming back to Cooper and bringing my son into the system as he turns 18 next month and will be changing out of Pediatric doctors.

This was an ENT specialist, and she was amazing, as was everyone of her staff. I honestly was treated with utmost respect and was actually very happy during and after the visit. This Cooper ENT center gets an A+ from me.
