This is what I would like to share about my experience with Lisa Jamshed. Lisa takes the time to listen to my health concerns. She is very professional, polite and extremely knowledgeable in her field of study. And she never fails to educate me on ways that I can attempt to cope with my ongoing tinnitus. When one plan doesn't work she always points me in another direction or two. I greatly appreciate Lisa Jamshed for being part of my medical care.

I felt the medical assistant was pleasant and professional. Lisa the PA was wonderful. The person who checked me in at the front desk was less engaged , after the apptm he made my follow apptm and seemed more personable and engaged

PA Jamshed is accommodating & friendly.

This was by far one of the most pleasant experiences at a doctor's office I've ever had in all of my 60 years of life. From the front desk, to the PA, audiologist and the nurses and staff. Everyone was so kind and made me and my granddaughter feel so welcome. I highly recommend this office at Cooper UHC for all your ENT needs. My most sincere appreciation.

An excellent experience! I appreciate the time the Dr. spent with me, and her gentle approach to broaching the subject of hearing aids. I look forward to following up after my CT scan on [Date] 2.

I was dealing with pain in my left ear. After I explained other issues with my ear Lisa took time to explain a few potential issues that could be causing the pain. She also quickly explained that my ear problem did not appear to be connected to surgery I had on my neck earlier this year. I must add I am starting to feel better

Lisa and her staff were very friendly respectful and courteous. They were helpful also. I'd rather have her as my regular doctor. She was apologetic for the wait time. Something's that most the doctors at Cooper forget. She came in and asked me questions about my concerns then examined my ears throat and nose in addition to taking my vitals again. She explained the medication and how to clean my nasal. And suggested an audio test for my ears.

All was explained in a very clear manner, but best Lisa asked a few times if I had any questions and she looked for me to confirm what she communicated to me.

Lisa answered all my questions and concerns regarding the issue I was having with my ear.

I really like my doctor and she's awesome. Okay, bye.
