Everyone I interacted with was wonderful!

I think Lorraine is wonderful. She ordered tests and covered my health completely.I feel comfortable with her as she explains everything. Anyone looking for a NP should look her up as she is great.

Lorraine always makes it a point to make sure that she's clear in what she's communicating. When I do communicate via the portal, very responsive, quick responses and getting things done at a quicker pace via portal versus having to call and get online. I think that's the most, the only convert, the only thing I would comment is just maybe a little bit better job when a pre-op is necessary or hasn't gone through if there's some follow-up. But from a service, completely satisfied. Thank you.

So my provider, Lorraine, is the best. She's very quick, very thorough. It did take a little bit to get back there, but that's okay. The only thing that I don't like is that when you go to check in on the screens, like your information is like very just out there. So if like the waiting area is packed, maybe the person behind me can see, I wouldn't recommend that.

Met & exceeded my expectations!

I had you find a new primary care physician and I wanted a Cooper doctor. I took the first available appointment and was seen my Lorraine Ruchalski. She put me at easy immediately. She is a very good communicator, listening to all my concerns and clearly explained everything. I have found my new doctor.

Everyone treated me with respect and kindness, I was impressed with how well the doctor treated me and how she explained how much she cared about my condition, she re assured me that after taking the medicine things would get better .

She was fantastic all around. Most medical professionals don't understand the complexity of lupus, never mind be able to safely and effectively treat someone like me when I get ill. I was so impressed with her knowledge and grateful for the way she treated my illness. It can be life threatening for me when I have pneumonia. It's 3 days later and I am on the road to recovery.

I have always had good experience with all the doctors so I even had my son change his provider to your team on Brace St in Cherry Hill where I go. Cooper doctors saved my son's life from a bad car accident that almost killed him. Cooper has some of the best surgeons and neurologist.

Lorraine was amazing. I could tell that she had checked my chart before I got there. I'm not even from that area, but she was able to pull my records from various other providers, and she already had a picture and an idea of what was going on. I let her know about my needs with my job, my issues. She said she would be more than willing to help, and I asked her if she could make multiple reviews. One of the things that I loved about Lorraine mostly is that I talked to her about anxiety, depression. I talked to her about all my medical needs, and she wrote everything I said. on the website. I went back and saw that she wrote it all down. She didn't try to like shorthand it or nothing or leave anything out. And I feel so valued that she was listening because some people do not listen. So yes, we love Lorraine. Thank you very much.
