Dr. Liao is an absolute gem she genuinely cares about her patients and makes them feel seen and heard. I've been dealing with a chronic illness for 13 years, and she's the first doctor who has been able to put me on an effective treatment plan. She's awesome, and I'm very grateful for her!

My visits with Cooper Neurology have always been predictably excellent. The facilities are beautiful, with a large waiting room where one can always find a comfortable chair to relax before being called by a nurse. The Botox procedure for chronic migraines has always been quick with excellent results.

My visit with my Dr's was Pleasant she was concerned about me and she made me feel comfortable also the Student Assistance and Nurse and at Check in all was was very helpful Pleasant and courteous

Dr Liao is a lifesaver! Having suffered from chronic migraines for 14 years, Dr Liao was the first doctor who I felt truly listened to my concerns. She put me on a treatment plan that was not invasive and extremely efficient. For the first time in my life, I am able to live my day to day without chronic, debilitating pain. I cannot recommend her enough.

When I arrived there were several people waiting for the elevator and I asked to take the stairs. The woman at the front desk happily agreed to walk me up the 4 floors since the stairwells are only badge accessible. My provider was very attentive and addressed all my concerns. She was pleasant and professional and explained the plan moving forward.

This physician listened well and offered helpful suggestions for migraine care. She made some comments that were helpful but also could be construed as insulting to some people
