    I am always very pleased with my treatment I receive at every visit. Everybody from the front desk to the nurses to the physician's assistant, especially Lucy Flood, who I see every month. Excuse me. Everybody has been sensational with me, and it's made a very big difference in my life. and I thank you with all my heart.

    I've been a patient with Lucy for about six months now and she has been great. Anytime I have anything, she answers it in a term I can understand. Anything I need, she'll find out the answer. I was having problems with my insurance, she jumped on there and helped me. Anything I need, Lucy is amazing. She gets a hundred stars out of a hundred stars. If I can give her a million, I would give her a million. She is the best provider ever. Thank you and have a good day.

    Lucy Flood and the entire staff were extremely friendly and professional. This was my very first visit and I am extremely satisfied. Lucy Flood was very thorough and knowledgeable. She treated me with extreme compassion and care. I am so happy that I have found her as my provider!

    After my first few visits I had this experience where I understood what compassion really means on a deeper level especially when it comes to helping other addicts myself. My doctors at cooper give so much love and compassion that it really has a great impact on me and my recovery. Words almost can't explain what I've experienced coming to cooper. I've never had so much compassion given to me especially when it comes to my disease of addiction.
