Lydia listened to me very carefully and answered all of my questions. She really made me feel cared for.

Everything was explained in detail in a way that I could understand it.

It's always a pleasure coming to this office for my GI needs. The front desk staff and medical assistants are always friendly and professional. And Lydia is a great practitioner! She is always warm and friendly and really takes her time with her patients, which is something I very much appreciate as a patient. I've never once felt rushed during a visit with her. And I feel she truly listens to my thoughts and concerns. Because of all of this, I always leave this office feeling like I was taken care of, which is very difficult to find these days. :)

She should give a course on how to communicate to patients . Professional, thorough, knowledgeable and considerate of the patients needs and understanding.

I arrived over an hour early for my appointment. The staff dealt with it pleasantly and professionally. I was in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes when they took me to an examination room and quickly retrieved my records so the doctor could discuss my needs with me. Cooper staff are top notch. I intend to continue my health care treatment with them over the long term.

There's not too much more I can say about my provider because you've already asked her the question, but she was very attentive. She listened before she answered me instead of answering before I finished my sentence like most doctors do, and she was very thorough. I loved her.

I came to the appt not feeling well at all and cold. The nurse was so caring & understand & even got me a warm blanket! Everyone from check in to check out was so nice, compassionate & kind! I feel I finally am getting the best medical care I can! Highly recommend that office & care team! I'd give them 1,000 stars! Everyone truly cared, even got down to my level in the chair as I cried to hold my hand in understanding! Absolutely the best! Yesterday was a bad day but the appointment was amazing!

Lydia was so thorough with her discussion of my past and present issues, it was refreshing that she was able to explain what I needed and why.
