I went in with fear of the situation and I had a wonderful professional experience. I'm truly happy that I went and I got the right directions and I'm moving forward for excellent care. I'll be back in a month for a follow up and I thank each and every staff memberand most importantly the doctor.

From valet parking to leaving everything went so smoothly. There is nothing bad i can say about the experience. We had to change the appointment a number of times. Even over the phone we were treated as a friend and always accommodated even after the 3 or 4th reschedule.

Dr Torres was very kind and explained things well.

Dr Torres actually made me feel heard. She was sympathetic to my pain and ensured me she would try and get me surgery as soon as possible.

Dr Torres took time to explain sufficiently. But it was difficult to grasp everything as this was our first visit and we still needed more tests. However, our experience from registration / valet parking was good.

She discussed new developments in my case in a clear and concise manner so that I was able to fully understand what the situation is and what my options are. I left feeling lucky to have been referred to another outstanding doctor and human being. She is beautiful inside and outside and inspired my trust and admiration immediately. I feel confident that I have the best care possible for which I am infinitely grateful to MD Anderson. Thank you.

The staff at Cooper is great, but the service and the care by Dr. Torres was exceptional. She is heartwarming. She is dedicated. She is caring. She remembered our files. She remembered the details of my mother's life. And she's just excellent, just excellent, superb. And I would recommend that anyone treat with Dr. Torres. She is exceptional. Thank you.

The doctor came in after a short wait but explained that they were busy so I was OK with that. No problems excellent care.
