The nurse and my provider were so nice and easy to talk to. They also told me about the new lab care available for blood work. That will save me so much time. I'm trying to get my husband to switch to this office.

Called for a telemedicine appointment and handled quickly. Having the flu, I didn't want to expose anyone to it

I knew I had more than a cold and knew I needed medical advice. I got a virtual visit within minutes. Got swabs for flu and covid within an hour. I got results and prescription called in just a few minutes later. I would consider it to be a great experience all around.

Ms. Vossen was a dedicated professional, a bit young and inexperienced, but always courteous, knowledgeable, and prepared for each meeting, period. This was most impressive to me as a 75-year-old male with multiple problems, period. This was my first time there so I don't have much to compare it to. I was overall happy with the experience. The only thing that I would say, is that you tell me to arrive at 8:50am and I arrive at 8:45 am and the office doors are not even unlocked until 9 am on the dot.
