I knew I had more than a cold and knew I needed medical advice. I got a virtual visit within minutes. Got swabs for flu and covid within an hour. I got results and prescription called in just a few minutes later. I would consider it to be a great experience all around.

Everyone there treats you like you're important and that means a lot to anyone going in not feeling too well or sick and I so appreciate having been able to go there and hope to continue with this office. Ms. Vossen was a dedicated professional, a bit young and inexperienced, but always courteous, knowledgeable, and prepared for each meeting, period. This was most impressive to me as a 75-year-old male with multiple problems, period. I would recommend Ms. Vossen as a primary, comma, as she was for me, comma, because she had sufficient knowledge, empathy, and sympathy, and found out what she did not know, which was rare, period. This was my first time there so I don't have much to compare it to. I was overall happy with the experience. The only thing that I would say, is that you tell me to arrive at 8:50am and I arrive at 8:45 am and the office doors are not even unlocked until 9 am on the dot.
