Doctor Santasia had not seen me before but was available to see me when my PCP wasn't. I had an ear infection for an extended period of time, about a month and even after antibiotic and prednisone therapy it hadn't cleared up so I was concerned. Dr. Santasia gave my ears a thorough check and said it normally can take several more weeks for the issue (water in ears but no pain) to resolve. If it doesn't resolve in a few more weeks then it might be appropriate to see an ENT specialist. I appreciate being seen by someone at my primary care office within one business day and also the explanation and reassurance by Dr. Santasia that there was no immediate concern and to give it more time.

This was my first visit and I was very impressed. I felt as though I was treated as an individual and it mattered how I felt I wasn't rushed through my visit and all my concerns and questions were answered.

The Doctor I saw was very kind and thorough. She went out of her way to be sure I was prescribed the correct medicine with my Alpha gal so that it was safe for me.
