I didn't like how a few of the assistance welcoming the patient into the office to see the doctor and some of the workers working behind the desk were chewing gum. They were visibly chewing gum while greeting a patient to come into the inner office to see the doctor. I'm noticing, though the culture for our younger people are shifting to wear gum chewing as a normal thing to do even in a professional setting. I do not agree with this, and I wished that we can get back to standards and professionalism. That chewing gum was the only thing that annoyed me. My doctor is intelligent, professional, and chose concerned about me as a patient.

They always treat me with kindness and respect. Dr Louis seems to genuinely care about my health and well being

I appreciate the provider and how comfortable she makes me feel discussing all of my issues. However, the office staff is less than professional. I recently urgently needed paperwork filled out and faxed for an upcoming surgery. The staff seemed less than interested in filling it out and sending what was a fairly simple form. After numerous phone calls explaining that my surgery could potentially be canceled, they finally faxed it with no explanation as to why there was such a delay. Extremely frustrating!

Dr. Louis offered a flu shot and I said yes. Very happy not to have to deal with CVS.

My issues with the blood pressure and concerns about diabetes Dr. Louis help give me a new look at these issues by answering questions and situations. She took her time to listen and suggestion corrective actions where possible. Plus the main reason was to verify my need for med refill.

I have vertigo and everyone was very concerned.

The nurse, from the receptionist to the nurse and the doctor, they were amazing. They took care very well of me. They were very patient. They took their time to ask me the right questions and give me advice on how to get to them quicker in terms of how to make same-day appointments. The doctor was very knowledgeable, very well. If you understand what my problem and it really helped me get to what I need to solve the issue. I will definitely come back and always refer other people like right now, my wife and kids, we all go there.

Dr. Lewis was very kind, polite, and personable. She took the time to listen to me. She took the time to be concerned. She really helped me. When I left the office that day, I felt more at peace. She gave me advice, life advice, not just medical advice. She gave me life advice, which shows her personal side. She shows that she cares about her patients, which is extremely important. I had actually been looking for a primary care physician for several years, actually, since I lost my last PCP. But I actually feel like, this is only my second time seeing her, but I do feel like that I can connect with her personally and share things with her. She would give me advice.

Dr.Louis is a great doctor. I have been going to her for a long time now. That I have my family go to her also. She care about her patients.

Always a great experience! We gave a lot of dialogue on health. I just wish there was a Holistic Nutritionist on staff as a choice, instead of drugs for high blood pressure. We do discuss foods and diets but what about supplements to help reduce high blood pressure. I have changed my eating habits and I am exercising. Supplements should be an option and covered since it is preventative choice. Our insurance companies don't seem to have our best interests at heart. Our doctor's are doing their best but need training on supplements. Perhaps drug companies should experiment more on supplements so doctors have alternatives.
