Everyone from the moment you walk in the door are kind and courteous. It's worth the hour drive to get there.

One thing I want to add and that is that the front Office recepciones is very nice

Every time we go to the office, we have a great experience from the time we walk in until the time we leave. The receptionists are fantastic, and the doctors are second to none.

First time using telemedicine. Due to this being a cardiology appointment, I needed to come to the medical office for routine EKG, BP, etc prior to actual visit with doctor. The actual visit went well. The assistant was knowledgeable in getting the actual telemedicine visit started.

It's always so nice to have any problems or situations discussed with anyone in the medical field, that really shows compassion and interest in my personal issue. Not having someone just nod but not be honestly interested in my needs with compassion.

The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and Dr. Caruso did a great job explaining test results and further follow-up.

The survey that you send out and ask all these questions, I only met the guy, the doctor, for about 15 minutes, so to get a complete understanding of how he's going to treat me is very hard, but within the 15 minutes, he was fine. I think you should wait until after other appointments to ask all these questions.

I rave about the doctors and staff at each of my Cooper physicians and the office staff and I and I am so grateful for them all.

The doctor explained all my options was very thorough and I'm satisfied with him.
