Yes, the office is great because I was running late and they still fit me in. I was seen very quickly and the physician was very good at explaining all kinds of details about previous lab exams also. I felt very comfortable.

The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and Dr. Caruso did a great job explaining test results and further follow-up.

The survey that you send out and ask all these questions, I only met the guy, the doctor, for about 15 minutes, so to get a complete understanding of how he's going to treat me is very hard, but within the 15 minutes, he was fine. I think you should wait until after other appointments to ask all these questions.

The office is filled with friendly staff, the techs are wonderful at making you feel relaxed while running tests and Dr. Cavallaro has a great bed side manner, a caring manner and spends a quality amount of time with his patience.

I have to say I've had some bad experiences with other Cooper employees and doctors, but I have to say with Dr. Caruso and the employees at this office are extremely professional courteous, and always willing to help if you have a problem or just a stupid question they don't make you feel stupid. They're always willing to help no matter what I enjoy going to this office. I also work for a doctor and I know what it's like to not feel comfortable in a doctors office. It starts with the front desk people if you're not comfortable with them, you will not be comfortable with the doctor.

Dr. Caruso does a fantastic job of knowing me and caring for me as an individual. Couldn't recommend him more highly. Only suggestion about the office: please mute the TVs. It's so annoying to have to listen to the TVs and there's no way to avoid their intrusiveness. I wanted to wait outside the office because it's so annoying.
