Everyone that works there is super nice and friendly. I was attended to very quickly and Dr. Kato is phenomenal. She's very thorough and she made me feel very, very good after my appointment and kept me informed, gave me all the information I need for following up with appointments and she helped me move forward with getting imaging and all future movements because, you know, I got diagnosed with cancer and I, you know, there's a lot of unknowns. So she was fantastic. I've heard many good things about her. So now that I have experienced it myself, she was phenomenal.

Dr. Cotto amazes me with how much she knows about my congenital condition as a whole. Even before my appt. begins it seems she has knowledge of new developments in my health or problems/hospitalizations, etc. Truly one of the most caring and compassionate doctors I have ever had.

The provider and the staff did very well. I used the nurse navigator because I have multiple appointments and because I have cancer. So that's why it was so easy for me to get the appointment because the team is working with me. I think these surveys are done a little bit too quickly. I just saw the doctor. That was my first visit so you all should check that before you start asking people for surveys. But yes, Dr. Cotto was very caring, very pleasant and took her time to answer my questions and ask me questions about my history and about the cancer. The staff was very lovely and very polite. What I'm having trouble with is the survey. Have a good day.
