The hardest think was getting through. To the office to make an appt. Got passed to several connections. Got cut off twice. My provider finally gave me an extension number to get the office directly which I greatly appreciated.

Yeah, this is the first time I met Dr. Fox. I felt that she really had great skills. She helped me to make a plan with an appointment, a combination of the ENT appointment with the notatory test and I was very grateful for her presence.

Marjorie is great. Caring and careful. And since it's an audiology scenario she's very careful to speak clearly and has made sure I was watching her to catch all the words. Very good.
