I felt comfortable talking about my problems with my knee. They provided me with the help I need and a plan moving forward.

There was no waiting was called in before I sit down five minutes .After getting into room I was asked a few questions and then to pray where they were waiting for me. Again not a long wait for Dr.Pollard to come in with the xray results and his examination which was a great report.

Yeah, I'll drop a quick message for Dr. Pollard. I think Dr. Pollard is one of the best bone doctors there is around. He makes everything simplistic and realistic and non-confusing, even though he said what can get very confusing at times. He's very encouraging and, like I said, explains stuff in excellent detail. He is very interactive and willing to think of any way possible to help his patient out in any sort of way given the injury. And he's just, I would say, like I said, the best bone doctor to be around. So I thank him very much for that.

From the time I walked in the facility everyone was very nice to deal with and cared about my needs. The surgical team anesthesiologist and everyone else involved in my surgery was excellent. All the people at the Cooper, at the counter were very helpful and friendly. The one lady that was the tech when I was in room three was very helpful. She sent my disability paper in and made sure it was filled out properly with the doctor. That was excellent. And Dr. Pollard was very, explained everything and made me feel good and that my knee was healing great. And we spoke of other things too about my knee. And I left there feeling good and had to come back in four more weeks for the last visit. Thank you very much. Bye-bye.

He explained everything and said if I need to talk I can always make another appointment to see him. How many doctors do that? Not many. That really touched me and I really appreciate it.
