All the people at the Cooper, at the counter were very helpful and friendly. The one lady that was the tech when I was in room three was very helpful. She sent my disability paper in and made sure it was filled out properly with the doctor. That was excellent. And Dr. Pollard was very, explained everything and made me feel good and that my knee was healing great. And we spoke of other things too about my knee. And I left there feeling good and had to come back in four more weeks for the last visit. Thank you very much. Bye-bye.

He explained everything and said if I need to talk I can always make another appointment to see him. How many doctors do that Not many. That really touched me and I really appreciate it. My Dr. Kim is always great to talk to and I feel she always listens to the questions and takes the time to answer them. I also had blood work done and everyone that I came in contact with was very pleasant.
