Yes, Dr. Todd took extreme care and time and patience to answer all my questions with concern and empathy as this is a new injury and sensation I never felt before and was calming. His staff was very helpful in the process of getting me into an appointment as quickly as possible. They were responsive when I needed to know to go to the ER or not. Dr. Patel, again, I saw the care that he's given my mother over the years. I felt that this is a doctor for me. Dr. Todd, again, personalized it, customized it, makes me feel like I'm a snowball.

Dr Todt settled me down after what I considered poor bloodwork. We talked about the cause of the spike in my A1C. We also talked about spreading my medications out instead of just taking them. Great advice ! !

Confidence in your provider is significant. How we're greeted when we first enter the facility is also Important and can have a lasting impression.
