I hardly had to wait for my appointment, which was very nice. He came in very shortly after seeing the receptionist, the nurse, and went over my medications pill by pill, which was something that nobody else has done. Explaining any symptom that I might have from the pill and what we could try to help the symptom and it was just a good visit.

Dr. Mark Todt examines, listens, and converses with you face to face before he begins typing! Nothing is more distracting than trying to speak and express concerns while a doctor is inputting information. In my opinion, he is a top notch doctor who is very knowledgeable, and who looks at the entire picture.

Yes, I like the time that Dr. Todd took with me to explain everything very well for my upcoming surgery and some of his corrective suggestions to make sure my blood pressure would be known before the surgery. So I did appreciate his attentiveness to the little nuances of my particular health and ways to improve my health prior to a surgery. I'd like to thank you for that.

Everyone was very helpful and very kind. The first person who answered the phone call and took my information was very nice and helpful. The nurse that called me back was very helpful, she took more information and let me know that there weren't any appointments available at her location and understood that I shouldn't wait until Monday and she found me a telemedicine appointment with another doctor and then provided that doctor with my information. She also explained how the telemedicine appointment would work. The doctor was really nice and thorough and helpful. He listened to what was going on, looked at my chart of issues and then came up with a course of action and explained the medications he was prescribing and gave suggestions for over the counter and other things that would help and also what to expect and when I should follow up. I would highly recommend him as a physician.

I have been a Patient of Cooper since its takeover from Brachfeld Internal Medicine & I was a Patient at Brachfeld since 1998. A total of 27 years! The care I have received all of those years has been very good! Dr. Todt is very informative when he explains my blood work & my medical issues in a way I can understand. Yes, Dr. Todd took extreme care and time and patience to answer all my questions with concern and empathy as this is a new injury and sensation I never felt before and was calming. His staff was very helpful in the process of getting me into an appointment as quickly as possible. They were responsive when I needed to know to go to the ER or not. Dr. Patel, again, I saw the care that he's given my mother over the years. I felt that this is a doctor for me. Dr. Todd, again, personalized it, customized it, makes me feel like I'm a snowball.

Dr Todt settled me down after what I considered poor bloodwork. We talked about the cause of the spike in my A1C. We also talked about spreading my medications out instead of just taking them. Great advice ! !
