Everyone is so nice and friendly. They definitely go out of their way to make sure that you understand everything. I like how they make additional arrangements if you need tests done rather than me having to find Drs. & making appointments. Also you don't have to wait 3 days for them to call you back if I leave a message. Usually it's the same day they get back to you.

I have all the faith in all the doctors that I've ever met in, you know, where we were, and I am very happy. And the doctor that treated me was lovely, and did make me feel very comfortable, very sweet, very nice, and seemed very knowledgeable.

Really loved Dr Klein. Was so refreshing to have an appt with a Dr who didn't try to put me in a box based on generic info about me. She really listened to understand my history and made good rec for next steps.

It seems silly to say that going to see your PCP is fun but it's always a pleasant experience seeing Dr. Klein, and the staff is beyond friendly!

Marlena Klein is a really empathetic and compassionate service care provider. She spends time to really find out what my health goals are and then gives me feedback on things that could be helpful. She asks if I need any clarification. She provides just like a really caring service and she's very aware of race, gender, and ethnicity and taking all those things into context as well as like social status and like what I can afford or what works with my schedule and my goals. So I really love her.

This was my yearly physical and check up and it was converted to virtual. I was disappointed by that. I only see my primary dr. once a year and I would appreciated if it was rescheduled to an in person visit. But if I tried to reschedule it on my own, I wouldn't get an appt. for 6 months. So I just went along with the virtual visit. That's my only complaint. Dr. Klein is lovely.

The Haddonfield office isn't the closest to home or work for me, but, it is so worth the extra time it takes to get there! The front desk is always so kind and very generous with her time when I have questions. Dr Klein is AMAZING!! Dr Klein is very thorough and detailed in her examination, a very good and patient listener, never rushes you, promptly responds to questions thru the portal, follows up all issues in a timely manner.
