After 38 years with my Primary Physician, I had to find a new one. Ms Gaskill was recommended by 2 Cooper physicians I see regularly. Everyone one at this office is extremely kind,friendly & helpful - I know I made the right choice with Ms Gaskill. She answered all of my questions and explained the "office routine". I feel that I will be seen in a timely manner should an illness arise.

I was late to my appointment but the provider was kind enough to still see me. That meant a lot to me because I was sick and really wanted to get treatment. She was still patient with me and made sure all my questions were answered before ending our appointment. I was so grateful after leaving my appointment with her.

Everyone at the Ripa Center is great.

The provider exceeded my expectations. She scheduled a telemedicine appointment for later in the week for another physician as I was too ill to come personally. She followed up quickly when my swab results were positive calling in a prescription. She detailed plan prior to leaving the exam room. I left the appointment saying " I love Cooper and The Ripa Center." I called for a same day sick appointment and this is how I was treated!

I was very very impressed with all the office staff so welcoming and very informative of all the services that are offered at Cooper. I am so happy to have Madagascar as my provider she was so understanding and thorough and covered all my needs.

Always professional , great care

I had a very good experience, which I got to the RIPA center with all those involved, including my provider, Mary Elizabeth Gaskell. However, it was very difficult to get an appointment. I was put on a cancelating call list, but I never did get called. I would frequently check to see if I could move my appointment up, and eventually that worked. After probably eight to 10, calls over about three months.

No-one likes seeing doctors but Its pleasant to go to the office

I love coming to the Kelly Ripper Center they make you feel like you're part of the family. The receptionist a respectful, the doctor is marvellous. The nurse is excellent and I appreciate Cooper being there for me in my time of need. Dr Gaskell is an excellent physician and . I wish we had more physicians like her in the world..

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. My Provider was very attentive to my needs and personable. The checkout happened at the main counter instead of the private desk area this time which was still private enough but I prefer the more private desk area. Overall was a very good experience!
