Dr. Monari was, as always, precise and thorough in her questioning and examination. I especially appreciate that she explains what she is doing and the steps she will take (and that I am to take), and allows me to ask questions. Knowing that she includes details and additional information in her notes (which show up promptly in the portal) reduces my stress about trying to remember. The reception staff was very professional and as soon as I walked up, they said me, I help you, took my insurance information, I had to sign a few things, very courteous and after that was done they showed me the section to wait in for the doctor and it would not be long. I was there early. So, and then her nurse came out to get me in about 10 minutes or so. This is very, very professional and I appreciate that when I go to my doctor's office with Dr. Minari. I look forward to going to see Dr. Minari. She took care of my grandmother and my mother and now me. So I'm very happy with the professional medical care that I receive.

Dr. Sparks is a wonderful physician. She's very caring. She's very detailed, very well trained. The staff was outstanding, right from the front desk all the way through to me going back into seeing her. What I find fault with is these questionnaires are too cumbersome. Older people are not going to be able to follow these directions. They can't hear them. I would definitely consolidate it down so it's a questionnaire that can be answered in a one minute timeframe.

Hello, I've been seeing Dr. Minari for a number of years now, and she has always been incredibly attentive and very dedicated to making sure that I don't leave until I know exactly what's going on, and all my questions are answered, which I really appreciate. It would be cool if the office could give us a heads up if things are behind schedule. Overall, it's worth the wait because I know she's not going to sacrifice on care no matter what.

Scheduling was challenging but that is difficult everywhere. I feel that with Cooper, PEOPLE actually matter. The questions asked in this survey even seem to support that. Dr. Monari-Sparks was awesome and genuinely seemed to care about my well being. After recently switching to Cooper I am actually feeling good about my primary care provider for the first time in a while. If this is the kind of care your physicians provide, there's no wonder it's a long wait to get in and I would say it was well worth it.
