Everything was perfect, within a half hour I felt 100% better unfortunately the only issue, I had over two months to be seen, due to my insurance requirements to be seen at Cooper PT . My PT was very understanding, and explained all details of my issues

Everyone from reception to all of the therapists were very kind and very helpful. My therapist who was doing the evaluation, Mary Michelle Tenoro, I think her name is, showed extremely excellent knowledge of my situation regarding my shoulder and knew precisely how to help me understand what the treatment will be and how it will work to make me less painful. So I trust them very much, they're very excellent and provide really good care. Thank you.
