Doc O is the GREATEST!

All staff members from the front desk to the doctor were extremely courteous and eager to answer any/all questions. The facility was clean, neat, and run in an efficient manner. The office and staff should be recognized for their professionalism and caring nature.

Dr. Ortman and his PA Jennifer created an atmosphere of cordial professionalism. Any questions I had were answered fully with follow up questions to reassure me that I was heard and understood. Super team.

Dr. Auckman was the best doctor you have in his field. Dr. Auckman and Dr. Khan, they're the best. I have no problem with them. They explain everything to me. They call me and check up on me and everything. I haven't found a good doctor like that in years.

This was an unexpected add-on visit so I knew I was going to have to wait. Once Dr Ortman got into the room, he was very patient, not rushed, explained everything in a clear manner.

Could not be more pleased with all the care I have gotten with Cooper associates. After moving to New Jersey I needed to find all new doctors, including a primary care physician. Everyone I have dealt with to date has been kind, friendly, understanding and helpful. Making it, for me, not so dreadful to keep my appointments like I should be.

I think everything was done very well at trying to find out just how the whole staff also helped Dr. Ortman and what he had done and always feel very comfortable there with him and with his entire staff. And we just like the personal touch he seems to give to not just us but we would imagine many of us, most all, if not all, of his other patients as well. And we do look forward to seeing him. He has cared for us very well for the past few years, different surgical procedures and things seem to be going in the right direction and he keeps trying to just have them continue in that way. So we're thankful to have him as our cardiologist.

I'd just like to say that I am so overwhelmingly pleased with Dr. Ortman. I was extremely lucky to have when I had heart failure in 2019 that he was the doctor on call and I had a pacemaker inserted and I feel that he saved my life and my continuation of seeing him has been most rewarding. I can't say enough good things about him. He's an excellent doctor and so is his staff and I am very blessed to have had him in my life. So I highly recommend him to anybody. Thank you and have a great holiday.

I wear an N95 due to being immunocompromised and the staff and doctor all wear a mask while in my presence which I greatly appreciate!
