Every one cares about your personal needs and that means a lot, even the lady that explained how to get out of the parking lot, haha, so why wouldn't I enjoy coming there! Except the needle in the knee hurts.

Dr. Kleiner is an excellent surgeon and he has learned to hear my side of things and work with me. I also like that he works alongside of Dr. Graf so they communicate effectively. I would love for all of my doctors concerning these issues to be able to communicate more effectively together easily. But Dr. Kleiner has So I appreciate him and I'm thankful that he is a great surgeon.

Dr. Kleiner is a personable doctor. You can sense his care for you and usually asks if you have questions or concerns and then he answers your questions. . I feel like I am his only patient as he never seems in a hurry to get me out the door. He has a calming demeanor. He is very smart and kind. And all the folks on his team are helpful and kind.

When I was finally referred to Dr. Matthew Kleiner he had the proper testing done that showed my right shoulder needed surgery which I was aware since my pain levels and restrictive range of motion and was glad finally someone listened to me. Now after Physical Therapy I am seeing improvements but not 100 % yet but getting stronger day by day. Thanks to You Dr. Kleiner and your staff!

Dr. Kleiner was great. It was getting to see Dr. Kleiner that was hard and having to go through multiple appointments and several different things before I was able to have them understand that there was a soft tissue problem and I needed to not go to physical therapy because it hurt and was causing me not to be able to walk. So it's just the process of getting there and that was tough.
