Staff was very nice. I had to wait but it was not a big deal.

Everyone was courteous, friendly and pleasant. Dr. Moore and her assistant made me feel very comfortable with the procedure I was getting done. I actually walked out smiling.

I had a very positive experience with Dr. Moore and her team. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the visit. The office was very clean and welcoming as well. The procedure was explained clearly beforehand, which helped ease my concerns. Although the procedure was painful, it was quick and very accurate. The receptionist was also friendly and professional from the moment I arrived. Overall, I truly appreciated the care and professionalism of the entire team.

Cannot thank everyone enough! They were kind, professional, and helpful. I did not feel rushed and had all my questions answered thoroughly and in easy to understand language.

The doctor was wonderful and while it hurt because they're sticking needles in my neck, it wasn't too bad. It was definitely tolerable. So I think it all went really well.

Dr. Moore really takes the time with you and explains how the surgery goes. And explains the after surgery expectations. She has an amazing bed side manner as well!

Dr Moore was fantastic, and the made biopsy process easy with her expertise and levity. Cooper has made a giant leap in customer service over the past 5 years and are the real shining stars in the area. Unfortunately I see a lot of doctors and my first choice is Cooper.

Everything was great. Sending these surveys isn't great because a wonderful physician can get dinged for something beyond their control. Medicine isn't customer service or retail and shouldn't be treated as such.

I never had a biopsy, and it really hurt but the doctor and her staff were very good. They helped me hold it together.

Staff was cool and didn't make me feel weird

Everyone was friendly and professional. This was my second time having Dr Moore for my biopsies, my previous ones were about three yrs ago. I didn't even feel the sampling done by Dr Moore. I would recommend her to anyone needing her expertise.

Everybody was extremely warm, helpful and professional, and they accommodated me because I was running late due to a snow and ice storm which prevented me from opening the door of my car. They rescheduled me that day and I really appreciated it.

The staff is always there to provide excellent customer service. There is usually no way times and they're always available to answer any questions. My doctors and nurses take excellent care of me and ensure about my medical challenges or issues and that I'm on the right track for recovery

She was extremely fast and I was so thankful. Having a needle in your neck 3 times, was not something I was looking forward to, since I hate needles! She had to do it 3 times told me I would be out of there in 10 min. And I was out in 5! Thanks so much Doc!
