She was extremely fast and I was so thankful. Having a needle in your neck 3 times, was not something I was looking forward to, since I hate needles! She had to do it 3 times told me I would be out of there in 10 min. And I was out in 5! Thanks so much Doc!

The woman at lobby desk was not pleasant at all. The gentleman who was in the office that checked me in and took payment was very nice and pleasant. Doctor and her staff doing the procedure were very nice and pleasant as well.

Dr. Moore has been my surgeon for the past several years and has performed surgery before I am very confident and trusting of her future care. She's always been personal and talk directly to me not down always made me feel like she was hearing me and I felt very much like she understood what I was going through as well as her Nurse practitioner is a matter fact all my experiences at Cooper have always been positive. That's why I travel almost an hour to get there. I hope this helps.

This was my first experience at MDA Cooper. I was impressed with everyone that I encountered- from the valet, to the check-in staff, to the medical associates and Dr. Sullivan - all were welcoming and caring. The medical staff literally held my hand during the procedure and Dr. S could not have been more compassionate, caring, and understanding. I am a long time Cooper patient. All of my doctors are Cooper docs. They and their staffs are the reason I trust my health care to Cooper.
