Had trouble getting on the call. Ended up getting help, then got cut off. Love not having to come in but it is not so easy to log on for a not so tech savvy person.

Dr Carran is always willing to assist me with my questions and any concerns I may have. Very easy to talk with!

In almost 40 years seeing a neurologist for my son, I never had such an easy going appointment that a doctor really understood a special needs adult with a seizure disorder. Dr. Melissa Carran is an excellent neurologist and I would refer anyone to her with a special needs person.

Doctor is always very professional, and gives me the very best care at my visit.

Dr. Carran is always very helpful at every visit I've had. She actually listens to my concerns regarding my medications and health, she overall makes me feel comfortable. I also like to mention that the full staff from walking in the building to the time of check out were very welcoming and professional also the waiting area was and always has been clean.

I just started going to Dr. Karen, so I really don't know her that well yet, but I'm very pleased with her checking into me as far as this parathyroidism I have going on from my calcium, because it's very high in my body, and it's causing me to have tremors. And I just want to find out if that's what's going on with me for sure, because other doctors will tell me that it's not that bad, that my level's not that bad, but it is. And I know for a fact that there's like other patients whose levels were 10.1 and mine's like a [Date] , and they have parathyroidism. So I have to find out for sure what is going on, but I need a doctor who's gonna listen to me. But I'll be seeing her for my epilepsy, and she was very, very helpful.
