It was a good experience and I appreciated getting an appointment and not having to wait a couple of months.

The doctor showed courtesy , compassion and spoke with patience. The receptionist was awesome and helpful pushing me in the wheelchair.

All the staff in the office were friendly and kind. The provider was excellent, made me feel at ease.

My experience with Cooper University Healthcare in the Mt. Laurel location was extremely positive. Everyone in their office treated me with respect and kindness. My experience was more than excellent. I was greated warmly by the front office staff. I was amazed at short of a time I waited to see my provider, who is Melissa Ranzer. I waited no more than five minutes before being called back the Medical Assistant and when she was done working with me, I kid you not, Melissa was in the door within 2 minutes. She was so thorough and understanding of my feelings. She prescribed a protocol that will work well for me. I will have lab work done in 2 months and after that's evaluated, I will see her again and we will reevaluate the next step. I cannot say enough good things about her and the entire practice. Thank you all for such good care.

This was my first visit to Cooper Gastroenterology and my appointment had been altered from the original provider scheduled during my call. At first I was skeptical, but Melissa Ranzer was very knowledgeable about my diagnosis and the symptoms being experienced. She knew pathology, testing possibilities, therapeutic plans. She answered all my questions and when I questioned about a referral for Cooper oncologist, she stated she would investigate. I had an answer from her later that day. Being a nurse, I was highly impressed by her.

Getting to any Cooper, for me personally I love it, it's something unique, the facilities are very comfortable, it's like being in a hotel. My favorite hospital is Cooper, all the students and doctors are very attentive in everything. They make me feel like family. Thank you for treating us as we deserve.

This is my first experience with this doctor. She was very, very interested in my problem. She spoke to me well. She took time to show interest in everything I had to say to her. So far, I am very pleased. We have not completed what she wanted for me in medication. That I'll have to wait for in a couple of days when my drugstore opens. Other than that, so far, it was an extremely pleasurable visit. My other visit to Breast Tumor Dispair is very poor. Thank you.

Yes, Melissa, having seen many doctors over the years, even spending a couple days in the hospital over a year ago, she listened to me so intently after being frustrated for a long, long time that I actually got emotional. She just... I have such hope and confidence. I just saw her the other day and I'm getting tests and I just never felt this way in all this time I've been ailing with these issues as I have with Melissa.
