I have had some horrible experiences at different hospitals throughout my life. As a result, I have done everything in my power to avoid medical treatments at hospitals because I felt unsafe and nervous, due to my previous experiences. But my experience at Cooper has made me rethink my distrust of hospital systems. I was treated with respect, care and dignity. Its my first positive hospital experience and I will never forget it. Even my mother, who accompanied me, was shocked at how kind and attentive everyone was to us. I am so appreciative of this experience and the people who attended to me. Everyone made me feel safe.

It was my first visit with Dr. Cyr. She was very patient and took her time with me. Her assistant was also very pleasant.

The doctor is really, really nice and considerate and I do understand. I shouldn't even say like I feel like she feels about like I feel like she cares about my care. I just know she does. Like I don't have to feel that like I know she does because I have a very complex history and for her to like agree with everything that I wanted was like really refreshing. So yeah, that's it.

Everyone was wonderful, kind and efficient. The doctor was very informative, addressed all my concerns and told me what she was going to do before she proceeded with the exam while being gentle. The visit was easy and thank goodness the room was warm.

Natrice was very kind and eased my anxiety! Dr Cyr was very knowledgeable and spoke to me like a person. She did not rush the appointment and answered all of my questions and concerns. She did not belittle my concerns and did not push any treatments on me that I wasn't interested in completing. I will definitely recommend this doctor and office moving forward.

Greast staff !

Front desk staff were attentive and courteous when checking in. They were very informative about any delays. Medical assistant was friendly and caring while taking vitals and asking to confirm information. Dr.Cyr was so attentive to my needs and concerns. She took the time to answer my questions completely and I felt heard and understood. I appreciate her time and really respect her bedside manner with her patients.
