It was my first visit but I had to answer "always" because there was no applicable question regarding a one time visit. Dr. Brister was professional and friendly andI felt comfortable with him. I look forward to having him as my physician in the future.

I'd like to say that Cooper staff, physicians as a whole, it's a very caring place. I do feel that they care about their members. Everybody is very kind. They're very attentive. It was my first time meeting with Dr. Brista and he was very good. He inquired about me, my health. He showed care, concern, and compassion. I also utilized the on-call staff over the weekend for an emergency. They too were very attentive, even the operator that gets you to a doctor. I just would recommend Cooper as a whole to any of my friends and family because of this. I just want to say thank you for all of your care regarding me and my health and all of the members that you treat and receive.

Wonderful experience

Dr. Brister had a great bedside manner. Even though my mom has moderate dementia, he was patient and kind waiting for her answers. He seems very knowledgeable, and we hope to get to the bottom of abnormal labs. He does need to get new shoes though
