The Kwiat team has been amazing and not just because they removed my cancer I have always felt like I mattered and I was important From reception to parking attendants that know you and remember you and ask you how ur feeling to the nurses that have to deal with the not so nice things I appreciate the entire cooper team and not once did I ever question or feel the need to challenge the process ( which if you know me is not like me ) Thanks to you all

The doctors and nurses are exceptional

Everyone was polite and helpful especially during the check-in and checkout processing.

The office staff was professional and courteous. I thought the discharge clerk a bit curt, maybe she was having a difficult day. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience, given the nature of the appointment. Some of the survey questions were not applicable since I only saw the provider once and do not have a relationship with him.

Dr Kwiatt and his entire office team are one of the top two best healthcare experiences I've had in my whole life. They stand out for both skill and a genuine humanness. I highly recommend them. Dr Kwiatt himself is a patience calm kind listener and great at working with you to strategize your care in ways that work for you. The MAs and scheduler are also the most real, human, kind practitioners I've seen. Other providers could shadow to learn great practices from this group.

Great experience overall. Was initially told no appointments until July but then got a call back that they were getting me in within 48 hours which o appreciated.

I found Dr. Kwiatt and the office staff quite professional in their delivery of services. The RN and office staff were courteous & knowledgeable.

All persons encountered were polite and professional. From the moment I entered the waiting room I was greeted and treated with respect. I was impressed when the receptionist came out to the waiting room to inform me there would be a short delay to my appointment time...very refreshing! A special shout out to those who were directly involved with my examination. I can't express my thanks for their concern and compassion my extreme thanks to the entire staff!! !

Once the appointment was made, and an earlier one became available... everything was superb. The way an office visit should be. As usual I was very happy and treated well.

The lady from the front desk who took care of me when I came in was excellent. I was having issue with my medical plan and she took an extra mile to help me with the issue. She called my medical plan and helped resolve the issue.

My experience for my first visit was very welcoming and he was very straight forward and honest . Very easy to talk to and he explained everything he did to me and assured me that someone will be calling from his office to set up the procedure appt. I felt good and happy leaving his office know I will be getting this matter I ve been dealing with for 37 yes done soon.
