Dr. Kwaitt and the Cooper team, provided excellent customer service. From my experiences going to appointments at Cooper, things are addressed, the Dr shook my hand, handed me his card, and their staff even asked if I have any more questions before leaving. To reinsure the patient felt comfortable, addressed all issues and left feeling assured. Dr. Kwaitt even took the time to try to feel for a lump. When he didn't feel it. I changed positions, showed him and then then he was able to actually feel the bump. I think that the Cooper team provides excellent customer service. Dr. Judge had even called me the day before a major holiday to discuss that insurance didn't cover a medication and the alternatives. That is caring and being I am a complex case. The caring from the Cooper team really shows. Out of all the medical options, I have chosen Cooper to provided my GI care. Also, knowing going through procedures I am putting my life in their hands.

The Kwiat team has been amazing and not just because they removed my cancer I have always felt like I mattered and I was important From reception to parking attendants that know you and remember you and ask you how ur feeling to the nurses that have to deal with the not so nice things I appreciate the entire cooper team and not once did I ever question or feel the need to challenge the process ( which if you know me is not like me ) Thanks to you all

Dr Kwiatt and his entire office team are one of the top two best healthcare experiences I've had in my whole life. They stand out for both skill and a genuine humanness. I highly recommend them. Dr Kwiatt himself is a patience calm kind listener and great at working with you to strategize your care in ways that work for you. The MAs and scheduler are also the most real, human, kind practitioners I've seen. Other providers could shadow to learn great practices from this group.

This was a new provider for me so I was nervous but everyone from the doctor to his assistant and the check-in staff were very welcoming and helpful.

The office staff was professional and courteous. I thought the discharge clerk a bit curt, maybe she was having a difficult day. Otherwise it was a pleasant experience, given the nature of the appointment. Some of the survey questions were not applicable since I only saw the provider once and do not have a relationship with him.

I am cancer free and don't have to return to MD Anderson and I would like to thank everybody for my visit there in the last 3year I was treated with respect.I will miss everyone.thank you.
