The nurse Nicole Phillip who saw me before Dr Monte Carlo came in the room was extremely helpful. She also was very relaxing while talking to me. That helps me before having my blood pressure taken. Dr Mike is always a great listener and makes good suggestions on my health.

The staff makes you extremely comfortable answers. All my questions and Dr. Monte Carlo is one of the best doctors I've ever gone to!! my whole family went to him out started. It was my father and then he took my mother and this is within the 20 years and then I start going to Dr. Monte Carlo about 10 years ago and then I branched off a few years ago couldn't get an appointment and tried other doctors and was not happy. Then when I came back, he was with Cooper and everything been a success. Dr. Monte Carlo is very thorough and he works with you and he's concentrate directly on me, which I like and you could tell him anything and he helps you in every which way I give him a 10 out of 10.

He's extremely thorough, truly listens to you, and is very welcoming to his patients. No question is a bad question! He answers every question, and explains test results and medical conditions in an easy to understand fashion - but is never condescending! He sincerely wants you to understand your health, medical conditions, and medications so you can make informed decisions regarding your health. The office staff is also super friendly and helpful! Dr Monte Carlo is most caring and I've counted on him several times when I couldn't get through to my rheumatologist when I had no one to talk to because I couldn't get an appointment with them. I've been with Dr. Monte Carlo for, gosh, 11, 10, 11 years now, pardon me. And he is by far the most caring, sincere, and thorough doctor that I've ever dealt with. His staff is attentive. They do make mistakes at times, like calling a script into the wrong pharmacy, but they re-remedy it immediately. And they're very pragmatic about a lot of things, like, that we need to address. They're very approachable, very considerate. His whole staff is very loving and very considerate. But Dr. Monte Carlo, out of all of my doctors, is by far my absolute favorite. I trust him more than I've trusted any doctor in my entire life. And you guys are very blessed to have him, and I'm very blessed to have him as a doctor. Thank you.
