Everyone from the minute, I walked in, was extremely courteous, friendly, nice and accommodating. I am in a wheelchair before I even entered the building. The receptionist was holding the door for me to come in. I waited less than five minutes to be escorted back to a room. The woman who evaluated me prior to seeing the doctor was extremely nice thorough, and very accommodating to my needs. When I met the doctor, he was very nice detail oriented thorough he spent at least 30 minutes with me. We went through all my health needs, and by the end of the visit, I was extremely happy. Now I have a new primary care doctor. That was probably one of the smoothest pleasant visit. I've had in a very long time. Thank you, Cooper.

I was impressed by the compassion and professionalism of the experience altogether.

Changing doctors is extremely hard specially if you have had the same doctors for over half your life well three different PCP doctors (cooper pcp doctor Darone, Dr. Robertson and Dr. Sussman) I was driving over 50 miles and after a while it was like in the door five minutes out the door, No true concern on how I felt Nor able to get an appointment when I need it. But switching to down here where I live I feel this doctor is very compassionate and will be a great fit. The whole staff is extremely nice. It's not hurry up get in and then get out. My appointments times are available very conveniently. I am not told well. The doctor can't see you for three months three months from now my illness would be gone. I will no longer be driving that far to see my PCP doctor.. I'm extremely happy that this office is opened up here and as far as I can see this doctor is very compassionate and understanding and takes the time to listen to you.
