Called with sinus & possible eye infection. Office was able to get me an appointment and hour & a half later. Was in exam room before scheduled appointment. Short wait. Very pleased again with Doctor Ibrahem. Always professional and listens throughly to your issues.

Everyone from the minute, I walked in, was extremely courteous, friendly, nice and accommodating. I am in a wheelchair before I even entered the building. The receptionist was holding the door for me to come in. I waited less than five minutes to be escorted back to a room. The woman who evaluated me prior to seeing the doctor was extremely nice thorough, and very accommodating to my needs. When I met the doctor, he was very nice detail oriented thorough he spent at least 30 minutes with me. We went through all my health needs, and by the end of the visit, I was extremely happy. Now I have a new primary care doctor. That was probably one of the smoothest pleasant visit. I've had in a very long time. Thank you, Cooper.
