Dr. Franco is excellent. Always listens and cares about my needs. I wasn't there for my carpal tunnel issue, but I only had a question for him. When I told him I wasn't sleeping at all, he jumped right into action told me that was not good and gave me a shot in my right wrist and a brace to wear at night so I could sleep until my appointment next month for my EMG test. I have slept through the night for the last two nights for the first time in a year. Thank you so much, Dr. Franco. I appreciate all you do for me.

Dr Franco explained my procedure to the utmost. He was friendly and super cordial. His staff also went above and beyond to treat me as a valued patient.

I felt like the experience was overall very good. It was a little bit more difficult than I would like to get an appointment in a timely fashion, but I showed flexibility, so that made it more possible. Once I got there, they were running behind, but we were informed of that. It did take a little bit longer than expected, but they did move through pretty quickly. Dr. Frankel was amazing, explained things very, very well, and obviously is very good at what he does, and I would recommend him highly to anybody that had any issues with respect to their hands. I absolutely love Dr. Michael Franco. I have been going to him for years for carpal tunnel, broken finger, trigger finger and basically anything else for the treatment of my hands. I do nails on the side and a lot of typing during the week. Members of my family also go to him for anything hand related. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

I met with Dr. Michael Franco on Sept 3 and was immediately impressed by his knowledge, professionalism and compassion. Finally, after YEARS of going to doctor after doctor, he hit it on the nail and was able to diagnose the cause of my foot pain and had a plan of treatment he shared. Dr. Franco is an extremely capable, personable and caring physician. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Franco is highly sensitive to individuals, very articulate about the physical problem, and he listens to what the patient needs, where in my case I needed a carpal tunnel on my left side, which is a change over my right side first. I wish that patients were prioritized. I believe patients need to be prioritized. I had an infection which prevented a surgery. I could barely use my hands. Front office staff, excellent, nice, not always able to find them sometimes early in the morning, but very kind. Thank you.
