Dr. Franco was excellent, very informative, very thorough, and explained everything I needed to know and the treatment plan. The staff is wonderful as well. As I've been to Cooper Cherry Hill for other things, I have no complaints whatsoever in the care I received or the way anyone treats me. I hope that you appreciate everybody there. Thank you.

Dr. Franco is highly sensitive to individuals, very articulate about the physical problem, and he listens to what the patient needs, where in my case I needed a carpal tunnel on my left side, which is a change over my right side first. I wish that patients were prioritized. I believe patients need to be prioritized. I had an infection which prevented a surgery. I could barely use my hands. Front office staff, excellent, nice, not always able to find them sometimes early in the morning, but very kind. Thank you.

I absolutely love Dr. Michael Franco. I have been going to him for years for carpal tunnel, broken finger, trigger finger and basically anything else for the treatment of my hands. I do nails on the side and a lot of typing during the week. Members of my family also go to him for anything hand related. I wouldn't go to anyone else.

I would like to say that doctor Michael Franco is a very knowledgeable and compassionate doctor. I always said that Cooper has some of the kind and respectful doctors. I would recommend my family and friends to use Cooper doctors. I have never had an bad experience with any Cooper doctor.
