Great experience

I am very impressed with the entire Cooper Health System. They have been wonderful at every step of the way.

Staff was amazing, Dr. Kimball explained everything in detail. He was very patient and wonderful! !

As soon as we saw Dr. Kimball he apologized for running a little late, not many doctors to that today (he wasn't running that late) I knew right away he was a good doctor, highly recommend Dr. Kimball.

I have complete confidence in Dr. Kimbal to surgically repair my foot. I especially want to positively comment about the radiologist in moorestown. She. Does a great job with difficult x-rays each time they are necessary.

Dr Kimball did an outstanding consult on my foot issues. He's only the second surgeon I visited for an opinion but he was perfect in delivery and communication. That combined with his/Cooper's reputation made me eager to move forward with the surgery.

Prior to the surgery, meeting with Dr. Kimball was very informative. It was very calming. There was no anxiety going into the procedure. The day of the procedure, it was very simple. I was processed, I was put into the table and room, and it went fantastic. The recovery, he's been very accessible. Everything through my Cooper has been fantastic. Questions I've asked via my Cooper have been responded to the same day or the next day. It's been very good. The follow-up post-op has been remarkable. He has been very encouraging and very positive. Very satisfied with the entire thing. Unfortunately, I would not do it again because I don't want an ankle replacement again. But if I was to do it again, I would definitely do it again with Dr. Kimball.

Cooper is wonderful. The building is immaculate and new and modern and inviting. Dr kimball was very intelligent and competent. I drive over 90 miles each way just to come to cooper. Highly reccomend

I think the doctor, Michael, that I had was very professional, very methodical with thinking because I have a very unique case with my leg. He listened to me and my concerns and provided me with honesty and several options on how to proceed with my injury. That's all.

Excellent customer service

The staff is always very pleasant from the person at the check-in desk downstairs informing me of the floor to go on to the check-in upstairs when you allow them to know that you're there even the nurse that takes your weight and your blood pressure and especially the doctor and the resident. Always have a great experience when I come to see Dr Kimball. He understands all my needs and I'm very honest with him about all my situations and he's very accommodating understanding and informative I'm very pleased to be a patient of his.

Great experience. Professional.

The staff was amazing. It's not a easy process but the fact that they were transparent and open is the biggest thing. I am in some serious pain. They gave me pain meds for a few days. Didn't solve the whole pain thing. Kinda intensified it at times. But they were considerate of what I was experiencing. And that's what I look for in a medical team. We will see how surgery goes

Everything about this visit was excellent. Every staff member, the residents, & Dr. Kimball asked questions, and communicated clearly with obvious knowledge and care. They were also on schedule, efficient without being rushed. The same was true of the follow-up call with the surgical scheduler.

The whole experience was very reassuring after a difficult time with the original surgery. Highly recommend both Dr. Kimball and the facility.

I didn't expect injections in both my feet I was there for a referral but the doctor offered and literally I have been walking incredibly well since he gave them to me 24 hours ago , Im like a new person , it was difficult living in the level of pain I was in , I feel free and happy since the first time in 1.5 years
