Dr. Kimball explained everything in great detail too me, also were I could understand everything. Good experience.

I feel like he went above and beyond to try and figure out what was wrong and what wasn't going well. And he spent the time with me and the x-rays to review the x-rays and make sure everything was great. And I really appreciate him. Thanks.

Excellent customer service

The staff is always very pleasant from the person at the check-in desk downstairs informing me of the floor to go on to the check-in upstairs when you allow them to know that you're there even the nurse that takes your weight and your blood pressure and especially the doctor and the resident. Always have a great experience when I come to see Dr Kimball. He understands all my needs and I'm very honest with him about all my situations and he's very accommodating understanding and informative I'm very pleased to be a patient of his.

Everything about this visit was excellent. Every staff member, the residents, & Dr. Kimball asked questions, and communicated clearly with obvious knowledge and care. They were also on schedule, efficient without being rushed. The same was true of the follow-up call with the surgical scheduler.

The whole experience was very reassuring after a difficult time with the original surgery. Highly recommend both Dr. Kimball and the facility.

I didn't expect injections in both my feet I was there for a referral but the doctor offered and literally I have been walking incredibly well since he gave them to me 24 hours ago , Im like a new person , it was difficult living in the level of pain I was in , I feel free and happy since the first time in 1.5 years
