Doctor Sasso was quite cordial and thorough, with his description of the diagnosis and what should be done about it. Also, his assistant Kathleen was very thorough in explaining the paperwork and everything necessary leading up to surgery.

The most compassionate healthcare I've experienced in years.

Doctor was excellent in explaining the surgery and how the gallbladder worked. His CNA slash surgical scheduler was very friendly and nice. Atmosphere of the office was excellent.

I probably would have more to say after the procedure. I still have a few questions to ask when the nurse when she calls me 48 hours prior to the procedure. But I am Pleased too far.
