I was extremely worried about the pathology results. And although the results were not yet in, Dr Fantazzio did a fantastic job in helping to alleviate my fears during the encounter. I truly appreciate her care and concern for both my physical and emotional health.

Dr. Fantasio and her office staff were very sympathetic and Dr. Fantasio was very good at explaining exactly what she would do and what course of action she would follow. I understood everything when I left that office.

This was my first experience with Cooper as a patient. The appointment was well coordinated and reassuring. My only complaint was that the paperwork seemed repetitive. I printed and completed what was sent by email and then had to repeat a lot of it for echeck in.

Well, first of all, I was greeted by a very friendly face and a lovely smile when I entered the building. The building is very mass and overwhelming, but the directions were given clearly where to wait to see my provider. And then the nurse or assistant that came out to greet me also greeted me with a warm good morning and a smile on her face. The providers were very professional. They maintained eye contact. Everyone used hand sanitizer when they entered the room. And I felt like I was heard. And I felt like I did receive very good health care, which was important to me. So overall, I had a really great experience.

From the moment you enter the Cooper Building you are greeted with friendly and accommodating staff. Everyone is extremely helpful. The entire building is clean and inviting. I waited only a few minutes until I was greeted by an extremely compassionate nurse. My provider, Dr. Fantazzio, came to the room within minutes. As always she is amazing, helpful, comforting, and explains things on a level that everyone can understand. Dr. Fantazzio makes you feel that you are the center of her focus and your feeling matter to her. I would recommend my doctor and Cooper to all my friends.

My experience was the best with the Doctor and the people who were in charge of the care on the day of my surgery. I have nothing negative to say.

Dr Fantazzio and her team treated me with enormous compassion and respect. They recognized that I was frightened about the future and did everything they could to give me as much information as possible. They treated me more like a friend than a patient, which I really needed. There is one thing I would have liked and that is that I would have liked the team and I to sit at a conference table where I could take notes and speak to them one at a time. It was a little disconcerting sitting on an exam table while each person came in and explained what would be happening. I had trouble focusing because I was a little distracted by my surroundings.

Dr. Fantazzio is AMAZING!! So thankful to have her by my side during such a difficult time. Forever grateful

Dr. Fantazzio is an excellent health care provider. She greeted me so warmly. She listened to everything I had to say, gave her feedback, knowledge and clinically based and also listened with intent.
