Dr. Fantazzio has been my breast surgeon for the past 15 years. She has gotten me thru 2 breast cancer diagnoses, surgeries and treatments. I trust her with my life! She's an amazing surgeon and cares so much for her patients. All my family and friends that I have sent to her absolutely love her! She's not just my doctor but also my friend! The office staff from the front desk to the MA's were all respectful, kind and friendly. Always a good experience!

The actual experience for me for the appointment was great. Treated with kindness and respect. There was virtually no wait to see the doctor and she took her time with me - you usually don't get both. Dr. was very kind. Nurses were kind and respectful. Getting to the office was a whole other story. It took me over an hour to get from collingswood to the office. The roads were not plowed, multiple detours, road in front closed, parking garage was snow covered and full. I parked on the 9th floor in a pile of snow. Then I saw a dead bat in the elevator! When leaving I didn't get validated so I had to go ALL THE WAY back, then I went back and scanned the ticket wrong and still had to pay. I read the signs 20 times and still could not figure out where to pay or how to get out of there. Lots of employees parking there too which I found weird. I spent 2 hours total and $9 for the garage with driving and parking (from collingswood to camden) for a 20 min appt. It was very upsetting and my nerves were fried when I got home. I would suggest sending information to new patients that you have valet and that the roads are closed.

This experience made me very comfortable.

She was very down to earth. I felt extremely comfortable with her and actually enjoyed the visit. And she was very informative.

Without question I feel I'm in good hands with my providers and teams! Every one is just so knowledgeable and willing to explain next steps in the best way possible. No nonsense- basic steps- I trust every one of them. Thank you for making this process easier than I could have ever thought- navigation is done so well!

It was a wonderful visit from start to finish. Everyone treated me so kind and so understanding and knowing that I was petrified walking in the doctors in the nurses were wonderful. Let me speak and listen to everything I had to say I truly believe this was probably the best visit to a doctor/specialist I have ever had!

Dr. Fantasio is an exceptional doctor. She's caring, professional, and really knows what she's doing. I would follow her to any facility I have in the past. She's just unbelievable. She's phenomenal. Great doctor.

This was my first experience with Cooper as a patient. The appointment was well coordinated and reassuring. My only complaint was that the paperwork seemed repetitive. I printed and completed what was sent by email and then had to repeat a lot of it for echeck in.

I felt so much warmth and empathy from the moment I made the appointment to the time I left Dr Fantazzio's office. I called because I didn't know where or what to write in the ROI when I was doing it online and I was guided through it so kindly.
