Dr. McGee and her team are amazing and set me up with realistic expectations. I came in for a biopsy and they made me comfortable and took amazing care of me. The procedure was unlike I expected as a person who has never had as much as a mammogram prior to coming to Cooper, very easy, no pain during or after. Both her and the tech that assisted, made sure they explained everything thoroughly and made what could've been the scariest moment of my life a very caring and warm experience. I'm hard of hearing and everyone looked directly at me and clearly explained everything to me. They were great!! Professional and very friendly.

I would like to get the message directly to Dr. Bonowitz, that as a new patient recently lost their spouse, he heard my plea to have the surgery expedited. I know medically.This was also a necessity, but I truly believe he understood the pain I was going through physically and emotionally. The information he also gave me was insightful and shared a lot that other physicians hadn't yet. I am gratefulHe is also doing the surgery tomorrow on 0107/2026. I certainly know i'm in the best of hands.

I was very happy with the provider, Ms. McGee, I think her name is. The only thing I was not happy with is that whoever weighed me at my appointment added like 20 pounds to what my weight is. And I actually am going to call to see if they can change their records because I don't want my health record to reflect that number. And I was not happy that this error was made because the person that was weighing me should have thought like, well, she's not like 179 pounds. You know, that means she weighs, she gained 20 pounds in two weeks. And I just wish they would have been more careful about inputting that kind of information about me in the system because it was not right. And other than that,

Michele McGee, P.A. was very cordial and pleasant to me during my recent visit. She explained the details of my surgery results and healing process in a clear and precise manner. She expressed compassion and sensitivity toward me when addressing my emotional needs. She is an asset to her profession. Also, the other staff members were friendly, pleasant, and courteous to me. My recent visit was a positive experience for me.

Every time i have an appt I feel that all the doctors are caring and concerned about my health.

I really like Dr. Faye, although it's my first time. She was very patient. She was not in a hurry. She took her time with me and she listened well. And I appreciate that.
