I have been a patient of Dr. Michelle Iavicoli for 24 years. She is an excellent doctor - always caring and concerned about my health. My appointment was a visit for a new issue I am having. She explained everything and made very good recommendations (including a follow up with a specialist). I will continue to be a patient of Dr. Iavicoli as long as she is practicing.

This office in Cooper has always stood out. The staff have all the medical knowledge I can trust, but make you feel like they're a friend so you are comfortable enough to talk about anything you need to. All health providers should have an office like this. It's important for women to feel heard and safe to speak on any intimate subject and this office comes through every time.

I would just say that Dr. Iavicoli is a very compassionate, caring doctor, very advocates very well for the patient. She's been my OBGYN for over 22 years, and I think she's changed with the times, and she's just very supportive of women and women's issues and makes you feel like you really are her. So I would recommend her to young women, middle-aged women in their 30s, and older women. Thanks.

Time is taken out to make you are taken care of! Questions answered! Very professional; human; the hospitality is great!! Each person has their own special way of welcoming you and it helps you relax and feel comfortable. From the front desk when you first arrive, to the nurse calling you and helping you to get ready for your doctor. [My doctors are "GREAT"!!!] To the staff that checks you out.

Dr. Iavicoli is an excellent physician. I have been going to her for over 25 years and wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

My sister referred Dr Iavicolto to me. This was my first time meeting with her and I LOVE her!! She greeted me, did not jump right into exam but rather started by asking "so tell me about you." Wow!! Me and my family have been having some terrible experiences with healthcare providers, incompetent care, care that was unkind, not compassionate, not caring and cost us my mother's life, other relatives and almost my significant other's life. I am an RN since 1979 and a 26 yr employee of Jefferson where we received such horrific treatment. What a relief my visit was yesterday. I felt heard, unrushed, that someone really cared about me and did not discount my concerns nor did she respond once with "oh its your age!" I left the office feeling excited about my health and with a feeling like maybe healthcare is not so doomed after all. Thank you so much Dr Iavicoli. And for once the office staff in a Drs office was pleasant and welcoming..I think staff in Drs office must all go to the same rudeness training program but not here. I am slowly but surely switching my care to Cooper.
