This was my first visit with Michelle Henritzy. She definitely knew my history. She was knowledgeable and showed interest in me as a person. She spent a lot of time with me even though it was an evening appt. She was very thorough and made some medication suggestions. I was concerned about the change of my primary but am satisfied with the change.

Everyone who works at the front desk are so helpful and kind even when I call the office about any concerns or questions!

That was great visit. I was taken care of by the staff and doctor exceptionally well.

Michelle is always wonderful along with the staff. My only problem was I was there for a follow up and also got my flu shot which took an hour and forty minutes. I would wait as long as needed to see Michelle but a call or text stating running behind would have been great. My arrival time was 2:50 went to room at 3:25 and Michelle came in at 3:45. Little excessive. Luckily I love her as my provider.

Check in was handled good- the nurse who took me back was nice. Michelle listen to my issues and prescribed what was needed. Very efficient and would highly recommend this office

We are always very satisfied with the medical care and cursory services offered by Cooper, physician, and other stops. They are nearby locations, easy to reach there, and a stop is always available whenever we need.

To put it another way, I have been fortunate to have received care from Cooper's exceptional doctors throughout my life. If it were not for the compassionate front desk staff, with whom I had established trust and who referred me to Michelle, knowing that I had seen many doctors previously and did not have good experience with , I am uncertain whether my health would be thriving in the same manner. I hold a deep appreciation for everyone at the practice, and to be entirely candid, my primary care physician consistently surpasses expectations in her extraordinary care for patients. I greatly appreciate this aspect of her care.

I want to say that I am extremely happy with the whole staff at Michelle Henritzy office, which is my provider. They all, you know, they all put their patients first. They care. They ask, you know, they're very personable. I can't complain. I would give them well over a 10, but they do. They definitely, everybody in the Cooper Multispecialty Office over there needs to be recognized. Everything, everything that they do, it's, I love them. I love them so much, and I have been with Cooper forever, and Michelle is a blessing. Her staff, her medical assistants, her nurse, everybody, I can't thank you guys enough. And again, thank you.
