This office exceeds expectations, messages about care, appointments, prescriptions or other matters are answered in HOURS not days! Since healthcare is something that lots of people seem to try to avoid, everyone here makes it easier to show up. Michelle Henritzy is always pleasant and understanding when describing any symptoms you may have, and unlike some Drs and Surgeons @ Cooper getting the entire story of what you'll possibly be experiencing, because of those, is detailed and always welcome. I was just I thanked the staff at the front desk yesterday for being such well oiled machine, at this office.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with this office and the entire team. From the moment I arrived, every staff member treated me with genuine kindness, professionalism, and respect, which immediately made me feel comfortable and cared for. I was especially appreciative of the urgency and attentiveness shown by the providers and staff in ensuring that I was evaluated promptly and connected with another provider when needed. The coordination of my care was seamless, and it was clear that everyone involved truly prioritized my well-being and concerns. That level of responsiveness and compassion meant more to me than I can adequately express. From the individual who checked me in at the front desk, to the medical assistant, to the provider, every interaction was positive. Each person took the time to listen, answer questions thoroughly, and provide reassurance in a way that felt both professional and genuinely compassionate. It is rare to encounter a healthcare team that is not only highly competent, but also consistently warm, patient, and empathetic throughout the entire visit. I left feeling heard, respected, and confident in the care I received. Experiences like this make an incredible difference for patients, and I am truly grateful for the outstanding level of care and dedication shown by everyone involved. Thank you again to the entire team for going above and beyond. Their professionalism, efficiency, and compassion did not go unnoticed and are deeply appreciated.

My visit was as usual, a very good visit. I mean, everyone took care of me. I'm sorry I put a three in one of the questions. It should have been a four or definitely. I think it was with like, did anybody treat me with courtesy? I'm sorry, I just pushed the three. I don't know why. So everything was good as usual. Keep up the good work, okay? Appointments can be a little bit better, though. So that needs to be worked on a little bit better, I think. So other than that, have a great holiday season. Merry Christmas. Take care.

This was my first visit with Michelle Henritzy. She definitely knew my history. She was knowledgeable and showed interest in me as a person. To put it another way, I have been fortunate to have received care from Cooper's exceptional doctors throughout my life. If it were not for the compassionate front desk staff, with whom I had established trust and who referred me to Michelle, knowing that I had seen many doctors previously and did not have good experience with , I am uncertain whether my health would be thriving in the same manner. I hold a deep appreciation for everyone at the practice, and to be entirely candid, my primary care physician consistently surpasses expectations in her extraordinary care for patients. I greatly appreciate this aspect of her care.

Michelle is always wonderful along with the staff. My only problem was I was there for a follow up and also got my flu shot which took an hour and forty minutes. I would wait as long as needed to see Michelle but a call or text stating running behind would have been great. My arrival time was 2:50 went to room at 3:25 and Michelle came in at 3:45. Little excessive. Luckily I love her as my provider.
