I really appreciated the caring medical staff at the Rippa Women'sCenter. Michelle Wecker was outstanding! She thoroughly explained all my results, living with Type 2 diabetes, and improving my heart health. She was very knowledgeable, informative and compassionate. She was patient and gave me the time I needed to answer all of my questions and helped me navigate an improved nutritional regimen. I am thankful for the nutritional advice she provided. I am grateful that she really goes above and beyond for her patients and really listens and answers their concerns.

This was my first time to cardiology for a surgical clearance. I felt very comfortable with the tech doing the EKG and the provider.

For this to be my first time meeting with this provider She really was genuinely concerned about my well being and I feel like she listened and understood everything that I needed .I really appreciated that and would recommend her to my friends and family

My experience with Michelle Wecker was so refreshing. She went over everything from my chart and gave me so many options and reasons to change my eating habits, exercise and lower my BP. I felt so relaxed especially after having issues that may be heart related. I'm stressed as it is and she made me feel so much better. I have a new attitude to get my health together. I shared with my family and am so happy. My desire to get on my treadmill each day for 30 minutes was an eye opener. Even though I heard it a thousand times. It resonated yesterday and after a few months off the treadmill I started the 30 minutes without a problem. My goal is to lower my pressure and lose some weight by my next appointment. What a great appointment! !

The visit with Michelle Wecker was great. Very impressed with her as a practitioner. And I feel very comfortable using her going forward to meet my cardiology needs. Having said that, this is one of the poorest design surveys I've participated in recently. The survey, not great. Michelle Wecker, really great.

My experience was fantastic! I've seen a lot of doctors, but I finally felt seen and heard, I didn't feel rushed at all, and I left feeling confident that my concerns were being addressed quickly and thoroughly. How refreshing after more than 3 years of being told "it's just menopause" when it's more complex than that. Women are whole humans, not just hormones or life phases.

Very nice staff and nice office

I had to get follow up things done after my appointment and when I was checking out, the lady at the front desk took a few extra steps to help me get something done immediately following my appointment instead of having to schedule something for 5 days later. It only took her a few minutes but it saved me a lot of extra time! I really appreciate her doing that for me. Not everyone does that but I can say it is something that I immediately noticed and I've already shared the positive experience.

From the time you enter the center you would treat it with smiles and happy faces. And then as you go into the office with Michelle and the technician the atmosphere does not change. Michelle is very good at her position and takes time with you so that you understand your issues and how together you can solve them.

Excellent care

All staff that I've came in contact with were very sympathetic, caring, curtesy. They made me feel better before I saw my doctor. (Dr. Miller). Dr. Miller show me how very much concern she was with my health. The APN Rachel Wecker was also great, she took her time to explain to me my health issues. I have yet to have any issues with any staff at the Riper Center in Voorhess. Keep up the good work.
